Key Responsibilities
Partner with fellow leader stakeholders to structure and answer analytical questions critical to the success of our business.
Lead and manage analysts who design innovative analytic approaches to implement actionable insights by identifying patterns in structured and unstructured data.
Be instrumental in leading the use of analytics as a critical value driver across our organization.
Shape the thinking of teams by communicating the details of their analyses and business implications.
Lead analysts who develop dashboards to enable clear visibility into business performance.
Work with data engineering leadership to ensure accurate and up-to-date data power each analysis.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Analytics or foreign educational equivalent and 5 years of work experience driving business decisions with data-driven analyses. Of the required experience, must have 3 years leading analysts in each of the following areas:
Deciphering and generating complex SQL queries using window functions, CTEs and aggregate functions
Generating business insights using Tableau or Power BI
Mining, validating and structuring disparate datasets within the big data ecosystem for BI engineering production development
Applying statistical analyses, experiment design, regression and modeling to business problems
Translating data results into non-technical formats for written and oral presentations to business stakeholders
Working in a matrixed organization across business stakeholders and line functions to gather, analyze, synthesize requirements and translate
Work experience may be gained concurrently. 100% telecommuting is permitted.

Salary Range: $165,520.05 - $202,500.00 per year.
