Overview

Sr. HR Business Partner (Hybrid) role at Quest Diagnostics. Pay Range: $145,000-160,000, plus yearly bonus. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. The Senior Human Resource Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will partner with business/functional leaders at the mid to senior level to influence the design and execution of the talent strategy by providing consultative support and leadership. The Sr. HRBP translates the business strategy into talent and organizational plans and drives results by building organizational capability and performance. The Sr. HRBP liaises with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Center to ensure optimal HR collaboration and service levels to clients. This role will support leaders within Clinical Solutions, including Product Management, Medical Affairs, Specialty Genetics, and R&D. The Sr. HRBP position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and will sit at Quest's HQ in Secaucus, NJ. Responsibilities

Builds relationships with mid to senior level clients and is a trusted, credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions Serves as an active member of the leadership team in assigned business/function and is able to influence and challenge others at this level Has a solid understanding of current and future business trends, both internal and external Coaches leadership with guidance and consultation Consults with leaders to develop and execute talent strategy to build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes to drive strategy implementation Translates the business strategy into talent and organizational plan, contributing to the People Strategy for the assigned business (e.g., organizational redesign, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, succession planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement) Optimizes transformational change efforts by providing consulting support and a framework for leading and managing change Responsible for succession planning and pipeline to ensure leadership talent supports the business strategy Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Center to ensure optimal service and value-added programs aligned with business strategy Uses outcome-based metrics from HR Service Center to identify trends and influence the business Business Based Outcomes

Ensures strong leadership teams and contributes to recruiting senior-level talent Drives strong organizational performance as measured by productivity, quality, and service Fosters an optimal culture that supports employee success, including Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion Drives for a high-performance environment that makes the organization a great place to work and delivers results Qualifications

Required Work Experience

5-7 years exempt level Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner Skills

Strong project and process management skills Analytical capabilities with ability to use data visualization and reporting tools to extract insights (e.g., Tableau) Leadership and strategic influencing skills Ability to work effectively with mid-level to senior members of the organization Business acumen Strategic agility Drive for results with a focus on continuous improvement Managerial courage Ability to navigate ambiguity Understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Oracle HCM) Education
