Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced
Director of Engineering
to provide strategic leadership for our facilities, buildings, and grounds. You will oversee engineering operations to ensure safety, reliability, and exceptional guest experiences across the resort and casino. Responsibilities
Lead and execute long-term engineering and facilities strategies. Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects. Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Supervise a diverse facilities team and support professional growth. Develop and manage annual budgets and vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations. Drive continuous improvement in operations and sustainability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Proven experience leading large-scale facilities operations. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management. Experience in hospitality, gaming, or other high-volume environments is a plus. PE license or equivalent certification preferred. Why Join Morongo
