We are co-founders of the National Coalition for Access to Autism Services (NCASS) and the Louisiana Coalition for Access to Autism Services (LCASS), supporting access to ABA for families of all socio-economic backgrounds. Responsibilities
Managing & Supervising staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery. Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans. Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success. Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients. Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field. Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams. Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000 – $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). Generous time off: PTO and paid holidays. Local leadership support: Markets have locally or regionally based clinical directors for guidance and collaboration. Clinical advisory access: Insights from board-certified BCBAs and developmental specialists through internal committees. CEU opportunities: In-house CEUs annually, plus funding for external conferences and our Clinical Conference. Your Role as a BCBA
As a key member of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll lead family-centered therapy for children with autism. Daily impact includes: Managing & supervising staff to ensure quality ABA services. Conducting assessments and planning: develop goals and evidence-based intervention plans. Family & caregiver training: monthly sessions to empower families. Team coordination: collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
