Full-Time Dietary Services Clerk
to our healthcare & food service team. In this role, you will manage the meal service flow during dining operations. The ideal candidate will possess at least a year of experience in a skilled dietary setting where modified diets are served, preferably as a diet technician. Your responsibilities will include managing resident meal tickets, conducting dietary/meal tray audits, ensuring accurate meal textures, collecting menus from residents, and addressing any meal tray issues promptly. What you'll be doing: Managing nutritional data software. Inputting vital nutritional information. Addressing and resolving concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Proficient in computer use and focused on customer service. Able to work independently and effectively multi-task. Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field. Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs. At least one year of experience in nutrition or a related field. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.
