The role you'll contribute:

The System Senior Project Manager. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful planning, leading, and management of projects for AdventHealth. The System Senior Project Manager must ensure all business, technical and hospital stakeholders are engaged, and projects are completed per the project schedule. They also serve as a point of contact for cross functional projects; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams

Develops comprehensive project plans to guide the execution of supply chain initiatives.

Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals.

Controls project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.

Executes project tasks and activities according to established plans and schedules.

Monitors project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Communicates project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

Identifies and mitigates risks to project success through proactive planning and problem-solving.

Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Manages relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.

Analyzes data and metrics to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Provides training and support to team members to enhance project execution capabilities.

Documents project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed

:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

:

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 5 years of related project management or related experiences

Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies

Understanding of Supply Chain and/or Ancillary/Support Services operations, practices and processes

Experience with executive-level communications and presentations

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) / Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent project management certification
