In October 2015, the Orlando Pride was announced as the 10th team in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), bringing professional women’s soccer to Florida. The Pride began play in April 2016. In 2024, the Club won the NWSL Championship and the NWSL Shield, marking a historic season. The team is led by Head Coach Seb Hines and plays at Inter&Co Stadium. This role drives revenue growth through acquisition of new commercial partners. As a member of the Brand Alliances team, you will identify high-value prospects and develop partnership solutions that align brand objectives with Orlando Pride’s mission and impact platform. You should be a relationship-builder and strategic storyteller with a strong understanding of the value proposition for women’s sports, leveraging the momentum of the 2024 NWSL Champions to build integrated partnership programs across IP rights, in-game assets, social and digital media, hospitality, and other platforms. You will contribute to elevating Orlando Pride and partners on national and international stages. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Prospect and close new corporate sponsorships/partnerships for Orlando Pride. Establish strong working relationships with local, regional, and national companies to understand marketing and business goals. Achieve KPI’s and revenue goals on a yearly basis. Identify key open categories, emerging trends, and companies specific to women’s sports as prospective leads. Generate qualified leads via research, outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, in-game entertaining, networking events, and social selling. Develop unique and customized proposals and sales presentations for new prospects. Negotiate and work with senior leadership through execution of partnership contracts. Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM to provide accurate forecasting for leadership. Work with Brand Alliance Marketing to ensure proper fulfillment of partnership contracts. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Creative, Merchandise, Public Relations, and Ticket Sales to create assets that drive revenue and benefit partners and the club. Support activations on game days, weekends, and events and entertain existing partners and new prospects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

It’s never just a job at Orlando Pride. To join our team, you will also possess these qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated success in revenue generation and sponsorship/partnership development. Proven track record in B2B selling and deal construction with local, regional, and national brands. Strategic storyteller able to craft sophisticated deals beyond basic turnkey assets. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with internal and external clients, including C-level executives. Experience creating and delivering professional sales presentations. Data-driven sales mindset leveraging insights from BI teams when prospecting and selling. Passion for sales, high energy, and self-motivation. Willingness to learn sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SponsorUnited, and Digideck; adherence to SOPs. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Ability to attain and maintain SafeSport certification. Ability to pass a background check. Professional verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends, holidays, and game days. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to offsite meetings and events. Experience in the Florida marketplace is preferred but not required. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not required. Other
