Senior Business Analyst role at Capgemini. This is an onsite position in Dallas, TX. Your role
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop user stories, business requirements documents, and process models to guide development. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate app functionality and ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. Analyze app performance data and user feedback to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Propose innovative solutions to enhance mobile app functionality, user experience, and efficiency. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile application projects. Strong understanding of mobile technologies and development standards. Proficiency in creating business documentation, user stories, and process flows. Experience conducting market and competitor analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.
