Clinical Specialist, Interventional Solutions - San Francisco, CA. This role is with Boston Scientific and involves providing clinical support within a defined geographic territory to promote company products and drive usage, while meeting sales objectives. Responsibilities

Assist in execution of proactive regional plans that involve clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and service quality. Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training. Attend cases in customer accounts, advise physicians on clinical attributes/techniques related to our coronary products, and represent the Interventional Solutions field organization during designated clinic lab days. Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations across formats and platforms; provide supplemental training during product launches and for high-touch specialty products (e.g., filter wire, Rotablator). Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with related personnel (training, troubleshooting, and case support for iLab hardware/IVUS). Manage consignment inventory tracking, conduct semiannual audits, and handle expired product and returns. Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation for procedural device operation. Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all work and maintaining compliance with quality requirements. Must live within the assigned geographic territory. Basic Qualifications

BA/BS required in a related field plus minimum 3 years of clinical work experience in Cardiology within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry (clinical, sales). Technical aptitude; ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information. Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed. Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers (including all BSC divisions). Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures in a catheterization lab or hybrid OR environment. Demonstrated success in a customer-facing field role within a medical device company, focused on cardiovascular or interventional solutions. Familiarity with intravascular imaging technologies (e.g., IVUS, iLab) and atherectomy systems (e.g., Rotablator). Strong presentation and training skills with experience delivering product education to physicians, nurses, and lab staff. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual base amount or range for this full-time position is $65,000 to $85,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan, and core/optional benefits offered at Boston Scientific. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs.
