position. Compensation

Base pay range : $166,000.00/yr - $166,000.00/yr SALARY:

Develop and execute the overall Relationship Management strategy, defining how clients are supported and retained throughout their lifecycle. Design and implement systems, processes, and playbooks that scale client success and improve efficiency across teams. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Relationship Management team focused on client retention, renewals, and expansion. Oversee the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through long-term engagement, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable value. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Operations, Events, Media, and Marketing to ensure seamless client handoffs and collaboration. Develop and maintain metrics, reporting, and feedback loops to track client satisfaction, NPS, and growth opportunities. Act as a senior-level point of contact for key clients, building trust and long-term partnerships that drive mutual success. Qualification Highlights

Customer Success/Relationship management experience with white glove service; hands-on high-level CSM to start, with one direct report on-site, then building program. Account growth, renewals, upsell strategy. Process building and scaling in hyper-growth environment. CRM systems and workflow design (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight). High EQ and executive presence. Experience with seminars, workshops, or advisory programs. Forecasting and metrics-driven approach (CSAT, NPS, churn, PS scores). Oversee full client journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Own renewals, expansions, account growth, and value creation. Build and scale Relationship Management team, hire/train/coach staff. Define CSM processes and optimize escalation/upsell cadence. Drive on-site dispute resolution and solutions-oriented engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Events, Marketing, Advisory Practice Operations. Build systems, playbooks, dashboards, SOPs for visibility and client outcomes. Track KPIs: renewals, expansions, bookings, churn, NPS, CSAT. About NextPath
