We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Portfolio Program Manager

with strong experience in PMO governance, program delivery, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and drive consistent delivery through effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a portfolio of programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational goals. Support PMO functions including governance, reporting, and delivery assurance. Define and maintain portfolio management frameworks, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with project managers to ensure consistent application of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Drive program-level planning, prioritization, risk management, and dependency tracking. Manage and track portfolio budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting. Provide consolidated portfolio status reporting and performance metrics to senior leadership. Facilitate portfolio reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder updates. Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely escalation of issues. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technology initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8–12 years of experience in program/portfolio management with hands-on PMO exposure. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a matrixed environment. Strong understanding of PMO governance, project lifecycle, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency in program management tools (Clarity PPM, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.). Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and presentation preparation. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for large portfolios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred. Exposure to enterprise transformation or digital programs. Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology domains is an advantage. Strong understanding of KPI and dashboard reporting for executive-level governance.
