Overview
AI Business Process Solution Engineer - Finance & Supply Chain (ERP) for Nonprofit managed customers. You are a functional business process and technical workload expert within the Elevate commercial sales organization, helping customers with end-to-end business transformation needs through envisioning, designing, and demonstrating solutions mapped to business value within your workload area. You will participate in the sales team and advance the pipeline by assisting with qualification, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement. You will design solutions and deliver industry-aligned demonstrations to secure the customer’s solution design endorsement and support licensing and proposal processes. You will engage with partners for co-sell and implementation considerations and collaborate with engineering and the Customer Success Unit as needed. Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer’s solution design endorsement. Engage with customer technical decision makers and anticipate customer needs and issues through data gathering. Participate in partner sell-with scenarios by facilitating technical engagements and coordinating with colleagues to manage the sales process; share competitive insights from customer sessions and influence competitive strategies. Provide strategic, technical input based on Microsoft capability to contribute to strategy development, leveraging partner and internal teams. Identify and apply existing demonstration assets and oversee demonstrations (e.g., architectural design sessions, proof of concept sessions) for solutions built on Microsoft products; involve partner/customer teams as needed to prove capabilities and integration; review partner demonstrations for alignment with Microsoft standards. Build readiness plans and proactively identify learning gaps; grow domain knowledge and practice expertise through customer, partner, and colleague interactions. Conduct group trainings, workshops, webinars, or leverage scale enablement programs to educate customers and colleagues on capabilities and benefits across Microsoft solutions/products. Monitor and respond to internal and external tech community posts, attend community sessions, hackathons, and act as a mentor within your technology area; contribute to Customer Executive Briefing Center sessions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 2+ years of Technical Pre-Sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms and experience in ERP workloads Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud Platform Technologies, Architecture) Solutions Pre-Sales practices including discovery, building solution strategies, value-based selling, and opportunity identification and expansion Digital Solution Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40.91 - $81.63 per hour. There is a different range for specific locations (San Francisco Bay Area and NYC metropolitan area): USD $53.85 - $89.09 per hour. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
