Associate Vice President, Head of Private Practice Transactions. A distinguished, nationally recognized legal team is seeking a seasoned L&E and litigation professional to join them as a Senior Labor and Employment Counsel. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes environments and is eager to take ownership of sophisticated matters from day one. This role offers direct engagement with complex labor and employment work, exposure to senior leadership, a very collaborative team, growth strategies for your career, and the chance to shape litigation strategy on cases involving a variety of matters. Base pay range : $160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Represent in a wide range of employment and labor-related matters. Handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice. Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex legal projects. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada. Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience. Strong background in employment/labor law, including:
Single-plaintiff and class/representative actions Discrimination and retaliation claims Wage and hour disputes Public accommodation issues
