PwC Operations Consulting focuses on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Consultants analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and guide clients to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive performance. As an operations consulting generalist, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting and provide guidance tailored to client requirements.
You will lead with integrity and authenticity, articulate our purpose and values, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
Responsibilities
Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver client solutions
Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
Provide insights and advice on critical business challenges
Develop financial models based on discounted cash flow
Assist in client proposals and stay current with industry trends
Analyze complex problems to create exceptional deliverables
Focus on performance improvement related engagements
Utilize professional skepticism in reviewing deliverables
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Corporate Finance, Economics and Finance
6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics, Financial Mathematics, Managerial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Quantitative Finance preferred
Leading project work streams
Communicating with senior business leadership
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research
Developing financial models
Analyzing financial statements
Understanding strategy frameworks
Structuring and conducting client meetings

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
