Perform tax returns for individuals, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizations Perform technical tax review of tax returns of staff accountants Independently research tax issues Follow tax compliance laws and discuss with clients as needed Oversee a team of staff / train staff Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients Review tax returns prepared by staff Qualifications
CPA license required Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting At least five years of experience in public accounting Customer-centric with excellent relationship and adaptability skills Detailed, well-organized, with strong communication skills Strong team-player attitude; able to help co-workers succeed Results-oriented with integrity and dependability Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service High stress tolerance; thrives in a high-pressure environment Ability to conform to shifting priorities and prioritize effectively The position requires related experience working in external relationship management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
