Overview
As a Senior Analyst, you play a role in supporting the delivery of strategic insights to our clients through the execution of research projects. This position involves a variety of studies requiring strong time management and attention to detail. You will develop experience in quantitative research design and managing key market research projects. What You’ll Be Doing
Work with project teams and internal resources to meet client needs. Participate in client communication (email, phone, etc.) to understand needs and capture requests and feedback for project documents. Familiarize yourself with key clients/accounts within the Service Line. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Share files and updates with clients as appropriate. Collaborate with the project lead to deliver reliable and timely data, owning tasks across the project lifecycle (e.g., link checking, data quality checks, report population). Execute with increasing independence and focus on executional excellence. Understand the project lifecycle for custom research and manage projects from client approval to deliverables with project lead oversight. Collaborate with internal Ops partners and project lead in project execution. Manage project timelines and mentor new Analysts on core competencies. Review and revise questionnaires; create and submit project materials; manage internal project partners; review and finalize links; monitor fieldwork; review and finalize data tables; spec, chart, and proof report slides. Manage multiple projects/priorities and help resolve issues that arise. Participate in mentorship of new Analysts and Interns, including shadowing on projects and guidance on tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in analytic plan meetings with the project team and create report shells with timely and accurate report creation. Review survey data and begin to analyze and interpret results (may assist with headlines). What You Need
Masters in Market Research, or a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of primary, quantitative research experience in a professional setting. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Highly organized with good time management; ability to manage multiple projects. Clear, concise written communication skills. Ability to interact positively with internal support teams. Ability to understand and adapt to in-house operational forms, processes, and software. In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $65,000 to $72,000.
