Talent Acquisition Consultant at Credit Agricole CIB - Front Office Summary: Global Markets Structuring (Structuring) is a team of financial engineering specialists dedicated to the development of innovative and bespoke solutions for our clients. Structuring works closely with both Sales and Trading to price and execute complex transactions; devise relevant product offerings and associated marketing; enhance the platform and product suite and; work on risk advisory mandates for clients of the bank. The team maintains expertise around risk, legal, compliance, tax, accounting and regulatory aspects associated with capital markets transactions. Structuring has a cross-asset mandate encompassing all asset classes traded by GMD: fixed income, equity, hybrids and secured financing. Structuring is organized globally around the following mandates. Core business areas

include Corporate, Financial Institutions, Fixed Income, Secured Financing, Equity, and Transversal activities such as Structuring Business Development, Solutions and Wrapping. Responsibilities include day-to-day transaction origination, marketing and structuring of complex products to the GMD Sales network; fostering cooperation and ensuring a smooth execution process between trading and sales; design and development of new products, tools, materials responding to clients’ needs and sales feedback; coordinate the internal development process (New Products Approval, Complex Transactions, Credit Committee, etc.); local implementation or development of tailoring financing solutions with strong transactional motivation to optimize CA CIB’s clients’ objectives versus risk, accounting and regulatory constraints; ensure business is carried out with high origination standards from a compliance and legal standpoint; represent the business to internal CACIB and external partners. Core customers are Financial Institutions, Private Banking and large Corporates reached through the commercial division network. Primary Responsibilities

Liaise with the sales force regarding client financial requirements or targets to identify suitable compliant products that meet the desired results. Work with sales to propose products and solutions (pricing, strategy, pitch, client meetings) for hedging, liability management, secured financing or investment purposes. Prepare marketing materials for products (existing and new) for review by the customer, CACIB and Lawyers. Execute transactions with Trading according to CA-CIB pricing policies. Ensure best-in-class trade execution from pre- to post-trade to deliver high-quality client service in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. Collaborate with other global structuring teams to ensure efficient production and idea generation. Contribute to development of new products (or local adaptations) by responding swiftly to reverse-enquiries, monitoring competitor trends, regulatory changes or providing new pricing tools/models. Maintain awareness of market changes and performance and the impact on products. Provide marketing assistance (including client visits) to the commercial division. Educate sales on using pricing systems and update them on changes or new features (including xVA topics). Report to management on the pipeline, transaction execution, counterparty risk exposures and sensitive files. Be involved in projects regarding new product developments and new business initiatives; provide idea generation across asset classes. Managing and Reporting

Reporting: Head of Global Markets Structuring AMERICAS Ad-hoc reporting to management as required (e.g., NBI and commercial performance locally, sensitive files). Provide technical support and direction to more junior staff as appropriate. Risk

Adhere to CA-CIB policies and be alert to risks arising from transactions for the bank and the client. Seek validation by Trading / Risk / Compliance / Legal (as relevant) on all transactions involving a risk position by the bank. Consider compliance and reputational risks in the design of client solutions. Ensure the adequacy of the solution with the client’s objectives. Communication

Internal External Bloomberg Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including but not limited to the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy. Complete mandatory training as required. Maintain knowledge to undertake the role and complete all mandatory training to attain and maintain competence. Refrain from actions that could lead to removal of fitness and propriety certification. Undertake annual certification processes as required. Comply with conduct rules prescribed by the relevant regulator. Other/Specific Responsibilities

The candidate will focus on

Financial Institutions Solutions : Work with Sales to originate relevant structured transactions with Americas Financial Institutions clients Generate trade ideas or solutions around fixed income products and underlying assets (Rates, Credit, Cross-Asset or Secured Funding) Develop or implement products including but not limited to Non-Linear options strategies, Secured Funding transactions (TRS, Repos, Securitized Repo), Balance Sheet Optimization transactions, Asset-Swaps packages, Liability-matching investments, Repack Target clients include Insurance Co, Asset Managers and Banks/Dealers Coordinate with Credit and Market Risk, Collateral Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax to implement products, processes and legal framework Coordinate FI opportunities and campaigns with the Global Markets Structuring team and relevant trading desks Provide marketing material for FI initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with Sales Propose new products to clients by monitoring competitor trends and regulatory changes or providing new pricing tools/models Work on ad-hoc projects Qualifications/Education Required

Undergraduate or graduate degree with a major in Engineering, Mathematics or Finance. Fixed income structuring experience and expertise: secured funding, macro derivatives and/or credit. Experience Required

Experience in financial engineering/ structuring and new product development. Experience in derivatives and secured funding transactions. Experience Desired

Experience in Financial Institutions structuring & solutions. Approved Person Registration
