Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our national employment law firm. This position offers high-profile case exposure, opportunities for professional growth, and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote). Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and representation in employment litigation matters. Work on high-profile cases and interact with top-tier clients. Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings; draft and argue motions. Apply thorough knowledge of labor and employment law to deliver results with high standards of legal practice. Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an employment litigation associate. Must be admitted in California. Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings. Demonstrated ability in drafting and arguing motions. Extensive experience in labor and employment law. Excellent academic credentials; exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and software; high degree of professional ethics and integrity. Compensation & Benefits
