Those in deal strategy focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives.
Leadership and Professional Growth You will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With growing knowledge of how business works, you identify opportunities contributing to the success of the Firm. What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science
5 years of experience

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred
Proficiency in technology client engagement
Conducting extensive commercial due diligence
Driving successful project execution and budgeting
Analyzing system interactions and linkages
Mentoring team members in technology competencies
Addressing conflicts with sensitivity and professionalism
Upholding professional and technical standards
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
