Store Manager - Victoria's Secret - Cordova - Pensacola, FL Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Store Manager in Cordova/Pensacola, FL. Reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities The Store Manager drives top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling. Ensures operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and delivering on operational standards. Drives consistency in performance and execution through business insights and actions to deliver results. Coaches and develops leaders within area of responsibility; responsible for weekly schedules of leaders and associates.

Leading and demonstrating company values within the store.

Delivering exceptional customer experiences in the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.

Conducting associate observations and coaching.

Understanding all associate roles and ensuring alignment for team and customer success.

Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.

Independently managing labor hours to drive top-line sales and profit.

Owning the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution of brand actions.

Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.

Additional duties including floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.

Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
