Be the right hand to the General Manager, providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by exemplifying core values. Assist the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets. Oversee the restaurant\'s preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness. What we\'re looking for

Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity Excellent food and beverage knowledge Technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce) Food Handler\'s Certification from the Department of Health Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions A good sense of humor Must be at least 18 years old Qualifications

Experience in front of house management or similar leadership role in hospitality What we offer
