Technical Project Manager Automotive (m/f/d)

Primary job responsibilities
Technical management of Li-Ion battery projects for European automotive OEMs
Leading technical discussions with customers in close cooperation with the headquarters development department from RFI and RFQ phases for project awarding; covering the entire development milestones up to start of production
Active coordination with the headquarters development department to review technical requirements in customer RFQs
Leading on-site customer meetings and workshops to facilitate smooth agreement on technical requirements
Close communication with OEM customers and monitoring overall project progress to manage it from a QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) perspective
Monitoring and consolidating key project issues, and regularly reporting them to the local team leader as well as the headquarters
Regular customer visits and meetings to build strong relationships, and to gather insights on customer and competitor trends
Professional and personal competences
University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of experience as an engineer in the automotive related industry; Experience in the field of e-mobility, particularly Li-Ion battery field preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive related industry, market trends, and relevant technologies
Good knowledge of all MS Office applications; Experience with IBM Doors is an advantage
Confident in delivering presentations to customers or the headquarters; Ability to lead meetings effectively
Proactive, structured and self-dependent working style
Business fluent in Korean and English communication; German language would be a plus
Willingness to have regular business trips (ca. 30-40%)
