Primary Care Physician – Part-Time or Full-Time Location: Great Barrington, MA Salary: $195,000 - $225,500 per year, prorated based on hours We are an equal employment opportunity employer. CHP offers a broad spectrum of support services to strengthen families and improve children's well-being. The region is a federally designated rural community and a Medically Underserved Population Area. CHP outreach includes free health screenings and insurance enrollment assistance as well as information to help people care for themselves and their families. Responsibilities
Provide routine and emergency clinic care and support health promotion and preventive medicine. Join a dedicated team of healthcare providers and adhere to CHP’s mission, vision, values, and policies. Participate in the practice call schedule and professional meetings/events in a positive, collaborative manner. Maintain patient medical records in the electronic health record in a timely fashion and submit patient charges promptly. Be a community ambassador for CHP and supervise colleagues as needed. Participate in the peer review program and provide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and the organization. Respect and comply with human resources policies including professional behavior. Competencies

Verbal and Written Communication: prepares and presents reports as required. Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency Licensing through the USMLE Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire Experience
Prefer 3+ years of prior practice experience Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish Physical Requirements
