Arnot Health medical center serving the Horseheads/Corning/Elmira, NY area is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist Hospitalist to join our inpatient neurology team. Responsibilities
Provide inpatient neurology consultations for acute and subacute neurological conditions Manage neurology inpatients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Interpret neuroimaging and EEG studies (if applicable) Participate in stroke team call/response and manage acute stroke codes Provide education to residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers Documentation and billing in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Provide and interpret EMG/NCS studies (desirable) Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Valid and unrestricted medical license in NYS Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to inpatient neurology and teamwork Compensation & Benefits
