Our client, a leader in aerospace and aviation technology, is seeking a US - Sr Advanced Software Engineer to join their team. As a US - Sr Advanced Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the development of innovative flight management systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for aerospace systems.

Support and install software applications and operating systems related to flight management systems.

Participate in testing processes, including test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification of software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets project specifications and standards.

Contribute to the full lifecycle development of aerospace products, adhering to industry standards such as DO-178B/C.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in embedded C/C++ development and UI development, preferably with Airbus FMS.

Experience with aerospace product development and full lifecycle management.

Knowledge of industry standards such as DO-178B/C and familiarity with FMS UI development.

Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently or lead a team when necessary.
