Accounting Supervisor: Rooted in Finance, Cultivating Growth

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor who is ready to immerse themselves in the unique financial dynamics of the manufacturing industry. If you have a passion for numbers and a desire to see your work directly contribute to the success of our farm operations, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission:
Oversee Our Financial Harvest: Take charge of the entire monthly and year-end closing process, ensuring all financial records related to our manufacturing and business operations are pristine.
Lead a Field of Talent: Guide and develop a team of 4-5 accountants, overseeing their work and empowering them to resolve complex issues, from fixed asset management to depreciation and chemical reconciliation.
Cultivate Financial Clarity: Review and interpret monthly mock financials, identifying variances and trends that provide a clear financial picture to management.
Bridge Operations and Finance: Serve as the primary financial liaison for our Managers, providing expert financial support and addressing any operational accounting questions they may have.
Ensure Compliance and Control: Master the intricate details of balance sheet accounts, verifying the accuracy of accruals and contracts to ensure full compliance. Oversee the preparation of manufacturing equipment statements and analyze property taxes.
