Direct Marketing Associate
in the greater Cleveland area! We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative individual to help enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining us? This position offers
uncapped commission
plus base pay. Successful candidates can expect to
earn over $80,000-$90,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . The base pay starts at
$20/hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide more details during the hiring process. Purpose:
This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser will record accurate data about prospective customers and the target market area. This role may include a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Transport yourself to the assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain a neat appearance and proper uniform, with necessary permits. Attend required meetings and communicate ideas for program improvement. Become a Signature Service expert and stay informed about products and promotions. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean record Minimum age of 18 Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily Culture & Benefits:
