Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in the emergency department

Assess, triage, and manage patients with acute and behavioral health needs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Float to other campuses as needed to support patient care

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures
