Job Summary: Provide responsive and accurate support to key industrial customers by processing orders, managing accounts, and ensuring timely communication from order placement through delivery. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders and changes accurately and promptly. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clear and effective communication. Verify purchase order details (pricing, Incoterms, legal entity, payment terms). Send shipping documents ahead of delivery for smooth offloading. Track open orders and address issues following internal procedures. Collaborate with Sales to identify account trends and growth opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve non-conformance issues quickly. Maintain expert-level knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures. Acknowledge and process new purchase orders within 24 hours. Requirements: 3+ years of customer service experience. 1-2 years in the chemical or oil & gas industry preferred. SAP knowledge preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
