Warehouse Manager Job at City Floor Supply in King of Prussia

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience) + performance bonus

City Floor Supply, a family-owned wood flooring distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. We offer a supportive environment where you can excel and grow with a fast-paced, dedicated crew.

What You’ll Do

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
• Unload incoming product from tractor trailers.
• Accurately count, receive, and enter product into our inventory system.
• Organize and put away product in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack daily orders for shipment to customers.
• Maintain an efficient, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical ability to lift bundles of wood flooring up to 75 lbs (required).
• Forklift operation skills (required).
• Strong organizational skills for warehouse management.
• Previous warehouse experience in wood flooring or lumber (a plus).
• Basic computer skills (a plus).
• Supervisory experience and/or bilingual ability (Spanish or Portuguese) are strong pluses.
