We are currently seeking to hire a full-time, temporary
Receptionist
to join a winning team in Huntsville. Alabama! This ongoing position has no end-of-contract date. Although no benefits are offered to temporary employees, this position offers job stability. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all who enter our office.
As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling various clerical tasks, and providing support to other departments as needed. Your exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and positive attitude will help maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries accurately and promptly.
Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient office culture.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a front desk role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
