hands-on, high-impact position
involves architecting and deploying large-scale machine learning systems, managing the full lifecycle of model production, and promoting a strong engineering culture across teams. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and product teams to deliver intelligent, real-time features that enhance user experiences and scale globally. Key Responsibilities Develop a solid foundation in distributed computing pipelines and observability for large-scale ML systems (both batch & real-time) Collaborate with data scientists to deploy experimentation-ready models into production Build robust MLOps pipelines focused on model serving, monitoring, and optimization Create real-time inference systems, integrating with vector databases Address complex challenges in personalization, fraud prevention, search, and generative AI tools Qualifications Strong software engineering background with expertise in Python and backend/data systems Proven experience deploying ML models in high-scale production environments Familiarity with distributed systems, performance tuning, and cost optimization techniques Proficient in using PyTorch or TensorFlow, as well as frameworks like Airflow, Spark, Databricks, and MLFlow Experience with both real-time and batch pipelines, feature stores, and scalable inference solutions Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or large-scale content platforms Knowledge of generative AI/LLM operations, real-time personalization, and fraud detection
