Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. • Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Qualifications: • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
