The
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
supports the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, including Jett’s Coffee Bar, Jacob’s Spring Grille, Ace’s Lounge, and Mr. G’s Sushi Bistro. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and plays a key leadership role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned outlets. Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage colleagues. Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Proven leadership, training, and communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with new concept implementation a plus.
