As a Lead Restaurant Manager, you will inspire your team and foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. Complete all required training, including: Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan, Operations Excellence Capstone Class, Food Safety Certification, and any other training mandated by Zax LLC. Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences. Maintain optimal staffing levels by recruiting, hiring, retaining, and recognizing outstanding talent. Provide team members with effective training, ongoing mentoring, and coaching while holding them accountable for performance. Develop effective work schedules to drive sales and manage labor costs. Plan and communicate shift assignments, adjusting as needed for operational efficiency. Uphold a high standard of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Foster a positive work culture and high team morale through exemplary leadership. Drive profitability by increasing sales, managing costs, and ensuring operational standards are met. Build community relationships and enhance guest service to boost sales. Monitor costs and ensure compliance with Zaxbys Franchising LLC and Zax LLC policies and guidelines. Conduct performance reviews for crew members and assist in manager evaluations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Utilize management tools and maintain accurate records. Review performance metrics daily and develop actionable plans to improve profitability and guest experiences. Address guest and team member concerns promptly and respectfully. Commit to safety protocols and maintain a flexible attitude to support restaurant operations. Escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary. Undertake additional responsibilities to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: At least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful completion of background checks and motor vehicle report. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferable. 3-5 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience is preferred. Physical Requirements:

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including using ladders. Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain dexterity and control with hands and wrists. Communicate proficiently in speech, reading, and writing. Have the ability to observe and respond effectively in various environments. Work within a temperature-variable environment and be aware of food allergens. Safely operate and manage restaurant equipment.
