Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat, phone. 2. Provide accurate information about Laboratory Express services, orders, and processes
3.
Assist customers in resolving issues related to shipments, account access, and service requests. 4.
Maintain customers records by documenting conversations and transactions. 5.
Escalate complexed issues to the appropriate team for further support. 6.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of concerns

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Qualifications

Previous experience in online or remote customer support
2.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
