Patient Service Coordinator (PSC)

to join our fast-paced

Cardiology Cath Procedure Scheduling

team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling invasive cardiac procedures, ensuring patients are fully prepared for admission at MMC or affiliated hospitals. We are looking for a candidate with: Minimum of 2 years administrative patient service experience

Medical clerical background required

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, with patient interaction via phone, MyChart, mail, and more

This is a detail-oriented, non-clinical role that works closely with clinicians and outside facilities. Individuals with a clinical background-such as Medical Assistants seeking a transition away from direct patient care-often excel in this position due to their familiarity with medications and medical workflows.
