The IAM Architect contractor will provide architectural leadership and hands-on expertise for the
Future Ready IAM Program , overseeing six major sub-projects (PAM, BESAD Domain Migration, AM B2B, AM B2E, IGA B2E/B2B, and AM/CIAM B2C). The role is responsible for designing, integrating, and modernizing IAM solutions to secure B2E, B2B, and B2C environments, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting cloud adoption. The architect will also be expected to produce clear, thorough documentation for all designs, processes, and integrations to support operational readiness and compliance. CyberArk Expertise: Hands-on experience with CyberArk for Privileged Access Management (PAM), including SaaS and hybrid deployments. SailPoint IGA: Strong background in SailPoint for Identity Governance & Administration, including automation, RBAC, SoD, and lifecycle management. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NERC CIP standards and regulations is highly desirable, as the architect will help drive compliance and best practices across all IAM domains. Modern SaaS Solutions: Experience leveraging modern, highly supported SaaS IAM applications for scalability and future-proofing. Documentation Skills: Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, standards, and training materials. Personality & Leadership: Strong communication and influencing skills to drive adoption of NERC CIP standards, lead change management, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders. Integration & Automation: Proven ability to integrate IAM solutions with legacy and cloud systems, automate manual processes, and support migration/consolidation efforts.
