Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in the management and optimization of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruitment technologies. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will drive continuous improvements and help us enhance our talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for the iCIMS ATS, ensuring it is efficiently configured and performs optimally. Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to TA and HR users, promptly addressing system issues and managing support tickets. Lead and collaborate on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with IT, HRIS, and external partners. Maintain data integrity and user access controls in alignment with evolving business needs. Create training materials and support change management to enhance user adoption and system utilization. Analyze system performance and usage to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and user experience. Help develop and enforce technology governance, security, and compliance standards within the TA function. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR technology. Hands-on experience with iCIMS or similar enterprise ATS platforms. Familiarity with HRIS integrations, API configurations, and data workflows is advantageous. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a focus on customer support. Key Competencies: System Ownership: Deep understanding of ATS architecture and the ability to drive system strategy. Technical Agility: Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and implementing scalable solutions. Project Execution: Capable of managing multiple priorities within support and project workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
