With a footprint spanning multiple continents, they deliver secure, connected solutions across industries such as enterprise, finance, IoT, healthcare, education, and government. Now, their pharmaceutical partner is launching an exciting new direct-to-consumer (D2C) business line and they’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong branding expertise to help bring this vision to life.
As a Senior Digital Product Designer (UX), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping transformative digital experiences for patients within the client’s commercial portfolio. This role calls for deep UX expertise, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to lead complex product initiatives from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and medical affairs teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions that meet both business and user needs.

This role joins a team of experts building a commercial pharma brand experience. You may work independently or alongside a mid-level UI designer, focusing on research, information architecture, interaction models, and design systems thinking, while also guiding high-quality visual outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute with visual excellence by defining mood, tone, look, and feel of future products and services; translate vision into high-fidelity prototypes and engaging assets.
- Elevate visual standards by maintaining and refining design language across consumer apps and patient journey storytelling.
- Enhance usability and engagement by turning complex requirements into clear user journeys, flows, and interfaces.
- Apply systems thinking to ensure scalability, accessibility, and alignment with design systems and platform constraints.
- Mentor and inspire by providing critique, direction, and guidance to fellow designers.
- Champion design craft, demonstrating expertise in typography, color, grids, motion, and visual hierarchy.
- Drive strategic impact by contributing thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively, presenting design rationale to stakeholders and leadership in clear, compelling narratives.
Qualifications
- MINIMUM 10+ years in visual design, UI design, or digital product design, ideally within agile or digital product development environments.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing interface and screen-based work, with mastery of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proven experience in digital B2C commercial executions.
- Strong track record designing for web, mobile, and scalable component-based workflows.
- Demonstrated success shipping high-impact digital experiences balancing user, brand, and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Leadership experience mentoring and elevating design teams.
- Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end principles.
- Strong knowledge of mobile user experience and mobile application design patterns.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals
- Nice to have : Understanding of modern development processes and front-end frameworks.
