What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trade candidates for ongoing and upcoming roles
• Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and job fit
• Review resumes, interview feedback, and make clear go/no-go decisions
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet or exceed weekly activity goals related to calls, submittals, and placements
• Keep 30+ contractors working consistently — that’s how you win here

Who You Are

• High School Diploma and/or GED required
• A confident, self-driven communicator – you move the needle on the phone
• Familiarity with recruiting in the construction industry (customer service, sales or outbound call center experience is very transferable)
• Computer savvy and experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Attention-to-detail
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• High-energy, passionate, motivated and resilient
