Location: North of Boston (Hybrid, in-office required)
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 + bonus
We are partnered with a leading organization seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level executive support, managing complex priorities, and serving as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Manage and prioritize complex schedules, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Assist with expense management and reporting (experience with Concur & SAP highly preferred)
- Support key initiatives requiring discretion, judgment, and strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Concur and SAP strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Hybrid schedule – must be able to work in-office regularly
