Executive Assistant to CEO, Hotel Hospitality Management and Development Firm, Palm Beach Area, Florida
The CEO of a family-owned thriving hotel hospitality management and development firm is looking for an Executive Assistant, “right hand”. Great attention to detail and superior organizational skills a MUST. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who truly enjoys supporting a very busy” high profile” executive and has an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience supporting a main principal in the C-Suite or HNW individual, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
About the Job:
- Support the CEO as a true “right-hand gatekeeper” handling complex calendar management, personal and professional, communicating on his behalf, and prioritizing meetings/appointments
- Prioritize emails from inbox and craft emails on his behalf
- Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries; private jet experience a PLUS
- Attend some business meetings; take notes; follow-up on action items
- Manage relationships with key investors and stakeholders
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for investor meetings
- Coordinate with the principal’s direct reports
- Plan lunches, dinners, events
- Some day trip travel to attend meetings
- Ad hoc projects; run errands
Base Salary plus Discretionary Bonus, Comprehensive Health Benefits
About You:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a high- level executive or HNW principal, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information
- Microsoft Office Suite skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great project management skills, running projects from start to finish
- A warm engaging personality that is committed to taking as much off the CEO’s plate so he can focus on his growing business
