Vice President, Manufacturing Operations A clinical-stage biotech company is preparing for its first commercial product launch and is looking for a senior leader to oversee manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role is key to ensuring the company is ready to deliver its lead biologic therapy to patients in the U.Lead manufacturing and supply chain strategy for commercial launch Manage external manufacturing partners and long-term supply agreements Oversee planning, logistics, and technology transfers Work closely with internal teams across regulatory, quality, and product development Build and manage a small, high-performing team 15+ years in biopharma manufacturing, especially biologics ~ Strong background in CMC, supply chain, and regulatory processes ~ Skilled in managing CDMOs and supplier relationships ~ Equity, RSUs and annual refreshers
