Product Manger
It’s a 6+ months contract to hire
We're seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Product Manager to join an empowered product team. You'll work side-by-side with engineering and design to discover and deliver solutions that solve real customer problems. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Manage discovery and delivery in parallel—validate ideas while shipping product
Make informed trade-off decisions on scope, quality, and timing with the team
Establish success metrics and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes
Partner daily with engineering and design in continuous discovery to deeply understand customer problems
Conduct rapid experimentation and prototyping to test assumptions before building
Focus on outcomes over outputs—tackle risks (value, usability, feasibility, viability) early
Engage directly with customers weekly through interviews, site visits, and feedback sessions
Involve engineers early in customer conversations and problem discovery
Cross-Functional Partnership
Build strong relationships across operations, clinical, fulfi llment, marketing, and sales teams
Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge and insights
Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and data
Experience building integrations and working with APIs, third-party systems, or platform ecosystems
~ Regular exposure to customers-you've spent time understanding their problems fi rsthand
~ Deep curiosity about customers, technology, and the business-you ask "why" a lot
Strong analytical abilities with comfort using qualitative and quantitative data
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Familiarity with design tools and prototyping software is a plus
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fi eld
Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, or supply chain/logistics
Background in UX design or software engineering
