Forklift Operator – Cedar Rapids | $20–$23/hr Starting Pay

📅 Available Shifts:
- Weekend Day & Night Shifts (Friday–Sunday, 6–6)
- 2nd Shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 3 PM–11 PM)
💵 Pay & Growth:
- Starting at $20–$23/hr
- Performance-based incentives can bring your pay up to $25–$26/hr
- Quick raises based on performance and reliability
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload trucks
- Inspect products for damage and accuracy
- Use RF scanners and inventory tracking software
- Maintain safety and efficiency in all tasks
✅ Requirements:
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
- Previous sit-down forklift experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
