We’re expanding our presence and are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to establish and lead our new Sioux Falls, SD office. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a region, build a local team, and shape the future of our operations in South Dakota. Launch and lead our Sioux Falls office, serving as the local point of contact and operations leader. Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects, primarily in wastewater treatment, conveyance, and utility infrastructure. Oversee design-build projects from concept through construction. Build and lead a high-performing local engineering team. Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, agencies, and local partners. Navigate local permitting, regulations, and design standards. 8+ years of experience in civil engineering: ~ Experience with civil site development. ~ Experience with design-build project delivery. ~ Leadership experience—project or office-level. ~ Experience growing or managing an office or regional team.
