Are you a seasoned architect passionate about corporate interior design and ready to take the lead on high-profile workplace and capital improvement projects?
Our NYC-based client, a top-tier architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Interiors to join their team. This is a dynamic role where you'll mentor junior staff, collaborate with ownership and directors, and lead design documentation and construction administration for office interiors, lobbies, and core facilities across the U.S.
What You'll Do:
- Guide junior team members and enhance deliverables
- Lead code reviews, drawing sets, and consultant coordination
- Own AutoCAD production for all project phases
- Work on exciting office interiors and real estate-driven renovations for both landlords and tenants
- Collaborate with MEP, structural, and acoustical consultants
- Ensure filing compliance and assist with CA, shop drawings & submittals
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in a corporate interiors architecture firm
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Expert knowledge of interior construction & detailing
- AutoCAD proficiency (must-have)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience reviewing shop drawings & submittals with awareness of cost/schedule impacts
