We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive bookkeeper with deep expertise in QuickBooks Online to support our expanding client base. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and value accuracy, compliance, and client empowerment—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Track and categorize expenses, income, and liabilities
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close
• Support client onboarding and workflow optimization
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding transactions and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with payroll systems and multi-state compliance
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Buildertrend, Knowify, or similar platforms is a plus
