The Role
Our Client is launching a new team to reimagine client marketing and social media tools. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer with a product mindset and 0→1 experience to help drive this greenfield build. You’ll work in a small, high-agency squad (PM, Design, 2–3 Engineers) where speed, ownership, and outcomes matter most. This role leans frontend (60/40), but requires full-stack leadership and the ability to prototype quickly with AI.
This is a high-impact opportunity to design and deliver AI-native tools that empower professionals with automated, always-on social marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design and implementation of core systems for social media marketing tools
- Drive greenfield projects: content pipelines, scheduling tools, distribution integrations
- Rapidly prototype AI-powered features (chatbots, LLM-driven workflows, etc.)
- Define scalable architecture for client-facing AI products
- Stay hands-on while mentoring teammates and guiding technical decisions
- Partner with Product, AI, and Design to ship innovative features with speed and impact
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years full-stack experience at Staff/Principal level (leaning frontend)
- Strong product mindset (builds for user value and business outcomes)
- Proven 0→1 experience (early-stage startup, not just big tech/enterprise)
- Applied AI experience: building AI features into products, using AI in workflows
- High autonomy: takes ownership, drives outcomes, collaborates across functions
- Bonus: Hands-on with APIs for TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook
